Craig brings a valuable blend of recruitment expertise and hands-on accountancy and finance experience to his clients. A Chartered Accountant by background, he transitioned into recruitment to elevate the standard of service in the market — combining deep technical understanding with a consultative, high-quality approach.
With a focus on executive-level recruitment across both the UK and Melbourne, Craig specialises in the senior end of the market, aligning high-calibre talent with critical leadership roles. Outside of work, you’ll find him following the Kangaroos — proudly backing the Blue & White.

Liam has been recruiting within Melbourne’s accountancy and finance market since 2014, partnering with a broad range of clients both locally and interstate. He views recruitment as a critical driver of organisational success and takes pride in connecting businesses with some of Melbourne’s top finance talent.
A graduate of Deakin University with a double degree, Liam combines experience with a genuine passion for the industry. Outside of work, he’s a loyal Richmond supporter — backing the Tigers at the MCG whenever he can.

Jake is a Chartered Accountant who transitioned into recruitment, bringing over a decade of experience in Melbourne’s accountancy and finance market. With a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in connecting great talent with the right opportunities, he takes a considered and effective approach to every search.
Having started his career at Pitcher Partners and later completing an MBA at Melbourne Business School, Jake combines technical expertise with commercial insight. He is known for delivering high-quality search processes, even within tight timeframes. Outside of work, he has a love-hate relationship with the Carlton Football Club and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Shawny brings several years of experience across Accounting Support and Payroll recruitment, partnering with clients across a wide range of industries. Known for her positive energy and people-first approach, Shawny is passionate about creating strong connections and delivering a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing board games and anything Disney.

Sam specialises in recruiting CA and CPA qualified accountancy and finance professionals across the Melbourne market, with a focus on contract recruitment. He partners with a diverse client base — from start-ups through to ASX200 organisations — delivering tailored solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Sam places strong value on building genuine, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, recognising this as key to achieving outstanding outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.

Rhys specialises in recruiting Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance professionals across Melbourne, with a focus on the Financial Services sector. He brings international experience from the UK, having worked across the same market in Leeds and Manchester, where he built and maintained long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates.
With a degree in Business and Economics, Rhys combines market insight with a relationship-led approach to recruitment. Outside of work, he’s a passionate football fan and a loyal supporter of Huddersfield Town A.F.C.

Sheila is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience, specialising in recruitment across both corporate and virtual environments. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development Management from the University of San Carlos.
Having worked with U.S. and international organisations across sectors including staffing, outsourcing, healthcare and logistics, Sheila brings a well-rounded, global perspective to her work. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling with her family, baking, hiking, city drives, crocheting and spending time with her dogs.
Sascha Naismith

Sascha joined Atlas Partners in 2022 and brings over 13 years of experience across accounting and finance. She manages the financial operations of the business, including onboarding and payroll.
Her background includes roles at Pitcher Partners, investor relations in private equity in London, and operations and treasury with Acciona Energy Oceania. She has also contributed her expertise to not-for-profit Prevention United.
Outside of work, Sascha enjoys camping and exploring Australia with her family.
