NextGen Power Moves

Now in its fourth instalment, NextGen Power Moves is an exclusive leadership masterclass series focused on elevating high-performing women in finance.

Designed as a direct response to the gaps in traditional candidate experience, the program supports women ready to take the next step toward executive leadership — providing access to the insights, exposure and introductions that help accelerate that journey.

Across a four-part, in-person series, a curated group of ambitious, like-minded women — all progressing toward CFO level — come together to learn from prominent executive speakers, gain real-world perspective on the leadership journey, and build meaningful connections. Through a blend of masterclasses, mentoring and peer-to-peer exchange, participants strengthen their capability, expand their network and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Lead by Example

Delivered in partnership with executive coach Jac Phillips, Lead by Example is a mentoring program designed to connect established finance leaders with the next generation of emerging talent.

Launched to create more intentional pathways into leadership, the program brings together senior executives and high-potential women in finance for a structured, five-part series focused on reflection, connection and real-world leadership insight. Through facilitated sessions, mentors and mentees build meaningful relationships, share perspectives and develop the skills needed to navigate the transition into senior roles.

At its core, the program is built on the idea of ‘lifting as we climb’ — creating space for experienced leaders to share their journey, while gaining fresh insight into the ambitions, challenges and perspectives shaping the next wave of finance leadership.

Future Forum

Future Forum brings together senior finance leaders for a curated roundtable series exploring the issues shaping the future of business — from ESG and sustainability reporting to evolving governance and regulatory demands.

Designed as a space for open, peer-led conversation, each session allows leaders to share challenges, exchange perspectives and gain practical insight from those navigating similar complexity. It’s where experience meets fresh thinking — and where the future of finance leadership is actively shaped.

Healthcare Connect

Delivered in partnership with the NHS, Healthcare Connect is a dedicated forum for finance leaders across the healthcare sector.

Focused on the realities of operating in complex, high-pressure environments, the series brings together leaders to engage in honest, practical conversations around the challenges shaping the sector — from productivity and funding pressures to automation, workforce and capital strategy.

Designed with a clear focus on execution over theory, each session provides real-world insight, shared experience and actionable thinking. It’s a space where finance leaders can step outside day-to-day pressures, connect with peers facing similar challenges, and explore what’s working — and what’s next — together.
