Our areas of expertise

At Atlas Partners, we’re playing the long game. We don’t want to have one-off interactions with candidates, our mission is to be career journey partners with our talent community, supporting them before, during, after and in-between every single career step they take — from when they graduate, right through to the Executive level.

  • Appointing senior leaders who shape strategy, drive performance and influence culture. These are high-stakes hires where alignment, judgement and long-term impact matter most.

  • Driving the progression of female talent into leadership roles. We actively build networks, create opportunities and partner with businesses committed to strengthening representation at the top.

  • Connecting high-calibre professionals across core finance functions. These are the roles that underpin decision-making, drive commercial outcomes and keep businesses moving forward.

  • Providing immediate access to proven talent who can step in, deliver and create momentum. From project delivery to business-critical cover, we ensure continuity without compromise.

Initiatives that accelerate leadership progress

Through structured programs, curated events and thought leadership, we create opportunities for professionals at every stage of their careers to connect, learn and grow. From early career talent through to senior finance leaders, our initiatives are designed to foster meaningful relationships and strengthen the broader talent ecosystem.

  • Now in its fourth instalment, NextGen Power Moves is a leadership and mentoring program designed to elevate high-performing women in finance. Through in-person events and structured mentoring circles, participants build the skills, confidence and networks needed to progress toward executive leadership.

  • Delivered in partnership with executive coach Jac Philips, this program supports women stepping into senior finance roles. Through mentorship, reflection and real-world insight, it provides the guidance, advocacy and perspective needed to navigate the path to executive leadership.

  • A roundtable series for senior finance leaders focused on the topics shaping the future of business — from ESG and sustainability reporting to evolving governance requirements. A space for open discussion, shared challenges and forward-thinking insight.

  • A dedicated forum for finance leaders in healthcare to engage in honest, practical conversations around the realities of the sector — from productivity and funding pressures to automation, workforce and capital strategy. Focused on execution, not theory.
